After the parents' emotional breakdown, the children realized that they needed to do more to support their parents from afar. They began to research different options for providing their parents with more comprehensive care and support.

One of the first things that the children did was to hire a caregiver to help their parents with daily tasks and provide companionship. The caregiver was able to help with things like cooking, cleaning, and running errands, which gave the parents more time to relax and enjoy their lives.
